About Us

American Ranch was founded in 2002 by Ryan and Megan McConnell. We saw an opportunity to make some great looking works of art, build them overseas and sell them to stores in the US. We started small, with some basic styles of picture frames and spur home accessories.

Since the early days we have been fortunate to sign some very talented artists that have improved our style and the breadth of American Ranch. We are proud of the fact that our company helps deliver some of the finest works of art in Sculpture, Hand Tooling and design to Americas homes.

We live in North Texas and are surrounded by horses, deer and all types of wildlife. We are inspired everyday by what we see around us. We find ourselves thinking of new product each day as we walk out our door.

Since its inception we expanded into Fountains and Planters and Throw Blankets and we are always looking into new markets. We make our products all around the world. We produce items in China, Argentina, Chile and Honduras. We have personally been in each of these factories and we are very proud of our quality and workmanship of our pieces. We try to be sure to develop products that are truly works of art not just a half-hearted western products.
