Terms and Conditions

Credit Policy:
All orders placed on the web must pay by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Please note that credit cards will be charged only for items shipped on the date of the shipment.

Backorders:
We make every attempt to ship all of your order at one time. In some cases we do have items that will be backordered. Please note that we will assume that your company accepts backorders unless it is clearly stated on comments on your submitted order. We will continue to fill your order as ready unless otherwise specified or the order is closed.

Shipping and Freight:
All of our products are sold FOB our warehouse is Fort Worth, Texas and shipped through UPS or FEDEX GROUND. Each year we partner with both FEDEX and UPS to receive the lowest shipping rates possible, which in turn we pass on these discounts to you. Freight is billed as a separate item and traditionally ranges between 10% and 17% based on your location and product shipped. Some items such as lamps and fountains tend to have higher freight as a percentage of cost due to its large cubic size. We offer our customers the service of shipping using their own shipping accounts.

Damages and Returns:
All shipments must be opened within 10 days from receipt of the shipment date as evidenced by proof of delivery. Any breakage or other claims must be filed within that 10 day period. Any claims filed after that date will not be permitted.

To request credit or replacement of an item damaged in transit we require submittal of a RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION FORM or RMA. Please fill out the RMA and fax or email. RMA forms are available for quick and easy submittal on our website or you can request a copy by calling 866-847-9622. Upon receipt of your request we will arrange for pickup of the damaged item using a call tag.

Please keep the damaged item in its original packaging to insure it will not get further damaged in return transit. Please place a copy of the RMA form in the box with the returned items. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will send the replacement item out immediately at no charge for the product or freight.

Special Note:
Many American Ranch Products are individually hand painted and polished resulting in truly unique and charming products. However, this technique leads to some finish variances within a particular product line. If this poses a problem, we are happy to return the item for you.
